Top Cashback Great Customer Service

The last couple of ideas I've talked about a few companies poor customer service, Gift Card Rescue and Junkcard.

I figured I should probably mention a really great customer service episode I had with Top Cashback.

Recently I made 30 purchases on Allen Edmonds through Top Cashback (If you haven't figured out why, it will become explicit in a few days.  For those who can figure it out you will benefit earlier).

Each purchase was for $200 and Top Cashback was paying out 10%.  I was expecting a payout of $600.

I had made a test purchase and the $20 posted and then I made the rest of the purchases.

The next day I looked into my Top Cashback account and only one more purchase tracked.  I had $40 pending, obviously much less than the $600.

I filled out 28 missing cashback claims.  It took about an hour and was a pain, but for $540 I'll do that.

To my surprise, the next day I got a response from Top Cashback to check my account with 28 identical responses.

I checked my account and I saw this:
